At Prime Quality Services, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities and their families through exceptional support services. Located in Washington State, we collaborate with the Department of Social and Health Services' Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) to provide Home and Community-Based Service Medicaid Waiver programs. Our mission is to enhance the lives of those we serve by meeting their health, safety, and personal needs in a compassionate and inclusive manner.

Our mission at Prime Quality Services is to create pathways to independence, inclusion, and well-being for individuals with developmental disabilities. Through person-centered care, collaborative planning, and the resources provided by DDA Medicaid Waiver programs, we ensure that individuals and their families receive the support they need to thrive in their communities.

The DDA offers five Medicaid Waiver programs that provide vital services for individuals with developmental disabilities. These waivers are designed to address health and safety needs when other resources, such as private insurance or Medicaid, are unavailable.

• Focus: Support for individuals to remain in the family home.
• Eligibility: Birth and older

• Focus: Meeting health and safety needs in the community, provided in homes or adult residential centers.
• Eligibility: Birth and older

• Focus: Residential options for individuals at immediate risk of institutional placement.
• Eligibility: Birth and older

• Focus: Family-centered behavioral support for youth with challenging behaviors, preventing out-of-home placement.
• Eligibility: Ages 8-20

• Focus: Therapeutic and residential supports with 24-hour supervision for individuals ensuring the safety of others.
• Eligibility: Ages 18+
